Business Bay, Dubai – Car Parking Statistics

Since the project launch, we have had a massive response, with over 200 parking spaces being sold. With the initial spaces – all with an original valuation of £35,000 with Allsop – our prices started from £23,000, a price which has increased to £25,875 in the last year and is set to further increase to £27, 875 due to massive demand.
